What you need to do if you have not received Npower March Stipend- Npower officials have given guidelines on how those who are yet to be paid or receive their Npower March Stipend would contact them for the issue to be resolved in order for them to get paid. This update is for all Npower Beneficiaries that are yet to be paid their March Stipend.

What is the course of the delay in payment of Npower March Stipend?

This was one of the questions, the Minister of Humanitarian affairs, Sadiya Umar Farouq was asked in her interview on NTA2. She made this open to the public that the delay in payment of Npower beneficiaries stipend is not intentional or sign of punishment rather is the process involved that is causing it.

“Payment of Npower beneficiaries stipend undergoes some processes; this is done to actually avoid paying ghost workers as well those that have gotten other jobs that is those that are not with Npower again,” Mrs. Sadiya Umar Farouq said.

She furthered said that once some groups of persons or local government have been verified, the beneficiaries will start receiving their payments. Therefore, there is no need to panic, all that is required is patience.

You have not been paid yet does not mean you will not be paid… bear this in mind. Truly there is delay but all that is required this period is patience. As we all know, Npower payment moves from unit to another. From the Federal Government to the Account Officer then to Heads of different Local Governments then to Banks before Banks will credit the beneficiary account. Also, if people in your area or zone have received, there is still need to complain as maybe your name is omitted. You can do so using the guidelines below.

Is Coronavirus the cause of delay in payment of Npower March Stipend?

Everyone and almost all institutions are on lockdown due to coronavirus. From the officials, the money for the payment of March stipend to respective beneficiaries bank account has been sent by Federal Government, what is left is for the verification to be done, then payment would be made to verified beneficiaries who are still enrolled.
