Addendum is an item of additional material added at the end of a book or document, typically in order to correct, clarify, or supplement something.
What you are to bring to Orientation Camps, basically the vital documents will be contained in an Addendum that you will print together with NYSC Call-Up Letter. But prior to that you will see posts related to camp requirements on this platform.
What you are to bring to Orientation Camps is printed together with the NYSC Call-up Letter. You will be expected to print an Addendum that contains things to bring to Camp.
N.B* Prospective Corps Members are strongly advised Not to travel at Night
i. Persons who studied In Nigeria should bring To camp: Degree HND Certificates Or Statement Of Results, Personal Identity Card from Institution of graduation.
Foreign graduates should bring For verification, original copies Of ALL their uploaded credentials And travel documents including International passport.
ii. Foreign graduates are To ensure that academic paper(s) In Languages other than English must be translated into English accordingly; both versions must be presented For verification at the camp.
iii. Medical/veterinary Doctors, Dentists, Pharmacists, Optometrists, Physiotherapists Nurses And Public Environmental Health graduates should bring their professional licenses Or certificates Of full registration issued by their professional bodies.
iv. With effect from the 2018 Batch C Service Year, National Diploma (ND) certificate will be presented with other relevant documents by prospective corps members of Mono/Polytechnics as precondition for registration.
v. Endeavor to prepare your mind for the rigorous physical training you will undergo while in camp.
vi. Any act of indiscipline and behaviors running against normal ethics will not be tolerated
vii. Beware of fraudsters as regards to deployment, relocation and posting issues.
viii. Do not proceed to camp if your Date of Graduation on your call up letter does not tally with the date on your Certificate/statement of result
* Ensure you board vehicles from designated parks and not by the road side.
* You must be security conscious
* Also visit the NYSC official website www.nysc.gov.ng for the contacts of the NYSC State Co-ordinators.

All married pregnant and nursing mothers not deployed to their respective husbands places of domicile can now proceed to the NYSC Orientation Camps within their spouses States of residence for Orientation course.
However, they are to present for registration, in addition to other relevant documents:
1, Evidence of marriage.
2, Identity of husband.
3, Evidence of husbands place of domicile.
Kindly note that the National Youth Service Corps cherishes and strongly upholds the institution of marriage. Accordingly, all concerned are requested to take note of this new policy.
Note that you are to come along with a signed copy of this Addendum.

After I registered for nysc,I wasn't given addendum immediately..was told to come back next week.. does it mean anything?
