Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Department: SALES/CRM

Job Responsibilities

Conduct research to identify new market and customer needs.
Maintain quality and productive relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
Work with management in developing marketing campaigns to support sales strategy.
Adhere to all quality standards and processes for the acquisition of customers and opportunities.
Manage accounts and meet or exceed targeted limits.
Arrange business meetings with existing & prospective clients.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Generate new businesses and raise awareness of company products and services.

Requirements and Qualifications

Minimum of BSc / HND in Business / Marketing courses
Preferably with at least 2 to 3 years’ experience in HMO is a plus.

Functional / Technical:

Apt administrative skills
Knowledge of the operations of the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS)
Excellent use of Microsoft Office Tools
Good negotiation skills
Excellent selling & relationship management skills
Excellent presentation skills

Managerial:

Ability to multi-task
Problem-solving
Analytical expertise
Innovative capability
Discreet

Salary Range
N100,000 – N150,000 net (depending on experience).
