We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Agent

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Tracking customer experiences across online and offline channels, and touchpoints.
Collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer experience and brand awareness.
Identifying customer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive experiences.
Evaluating customer experience surveys and facilitating improvements
Aligning customer experience strategies with marketing initiatives as well as informing customers about new product features and functionalities.
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales, and Technology teams.
Documenting processes and escalating customer issues, as well as customer compliments and complaints.
Responding to customer queries in a timely and effective manner, using appropriate communication channels.
Analyzing customer feedback on products/services and new releases, as well as preparing reports.

Requirements

Candidates should possess an OND / HND qualification with a minimum of 2 years work experience.

Salary
N60,000 – N120,000 Monthly.

Job Title: Telesales Agent

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
Generate sales leads
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods / tools
Meet personal / customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas

Requirements

Job Title: Quality Assurance Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Ensure that set standards on call and email handling are met and handled with excellence.
Monitor all incoming/outgoing calls and provide regular feedback for training, coaching & mentoring
Deliver a consistent approach to standardizing customer interactions.
Daily monitoring and evaluation of agents’ activities on all Contact Center channels (Emails, Telephone, Live chat etc.)
