Job Description

Do you have experience selling in a sales-driven environment? Are you out-going, commission oriented and is interested in building a successful track records in sales? If so, we have a golden opportunity for you!
Our client is recruiting for an amazing opportunity of a Marketing Associate. They are looking for someone in the early stages of their career who is interested to progress into marketing or sales position.
The preferred candidate will be a graduate of Science, Business, or Marketing with some experience of marketing or communications and must be able to drive with a valid Driver’s License.

Key Roles
You’ll be Great if….

You can conduct research to find new leads, cold calling, and qualifying potential customers
You call prospective customers to explain products, and guide them through their purchase process
You proactively monitor and report product sales to ensure set targets are met
You can prepare and execute go to market plan to achieve desired monthly sales targets
You drive awareness and contribute to marketing and advertising plans to expand brand presence
You can organize and distribute products to customers, and collaborate with team members to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
You work with digital marketing team to generate independent sales leads and close sales
You set up meetings with potential customers for business development purposes or as a follow up to marketing campaigns
You maintain constant familiarization of product offerings, day-to-day research analysis and identifying opportunities for enhancement
You answer customers questions and gather feedback from existing and prospective customers.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of HND / Bachelor .Science in Science based discipline
A minimum of 1 year previous marketing or communications experience
Passion for starting a career in healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing
Able to drive with a valid Driver’s License

Skills Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Sound knowledge of sales strategies and social media marketing
Be self-assured, highly organized with ability to meet deadlines
Must be able to work under own initiative but capable of seeking support when necessary.
