NYSC Date of Birth Correction, How to correct your date of birth and other details on NYSC Mobilization Portal – This article is written to give hope and brighten up the face of many that made mistake in their date of birth and other details in NYSC portal maybe before or after registration. This post is relevant to all NYSC Batches and Streams: Batch A, Batch B and Batch C. All you have to do to resolve the issue is to kindly go through this post and follow all the steps as stated clearly below. Then apply all the necessary instructions given below to enable you change your Date of Birth and other Details in your NYSC Mobilization portal.
Note that the NYSC change/correction of Date of Birth is for ONLY Corps members whose date of birth does not tally/correspond/match with the date of birth on their O’level result or the one sent by the institution or whose date of birth has exceeded the age limit for mobilization
The simple steps to change or correct your Date of Birth in NYSC portal is done with the use of the information from your West African Examination Council (WAEC) Original result. The simple and perfect steps to change your correct NYSC portal is as follow:
Step One: Login to your NYSC dashboard
Step Two: Now click on the “link to Date of Birth”
Step Three: Enter WAEC Verification PIN, select WAEC Type, Year of exam and enter your Examination Number
Step Four: Click on Verify button and then Click SUBMIT or CANCEL
To correct other information on your NYSC Mobilization portal, follow the Procedures for Correction Of Course of Study on the NYSC Platform.
Step One: Login to your dashboard and click on the link for Correction of Course of Study;
Step Two: Select Course of Study; and Click SUBMIT

How long will it take for course correction to take effect. I apply for course correction through my NTSC dashboard for the past two weeks, and no respond yet.
Just keep checking, sometimes it takes more than two weeks
my question is when registring for my G.C.E, the cafe attendant mistakenly used 1981 rather 1989 and i have written to WACE office for correction of date of birth on my certificate but up till date nothing has been done regarding this problem and now that am supposed to register for NYSC Mobilization form these may course me to be exempted from NYSC.
Please what is the way out ?

Go and do jamb regularization, do not apply with your previous Jamb number, request for a new Jamb number and reduce your age while applying
