We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Engineering Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Job type: Full-time
Career level: Mid-Senior level

 Job Description

• To ensure effective planned preventive maintenance
• Ensure that subordinates are properly trained for the right acquisition of technical skill and knowledge
• Ensure that ordering and usage of maintenance spares are properly utilized for better factory operations
• Monitor/ co-ordinate factory operations for improved OEE measurement/performance
• To ensure that changes and modification to plants/machinery are properly documented for improved factory operations
• Ensure that all production machines are optimally available

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient support for factory operations
• Assume that plants/machineries are fully utilized to reduce factory downtime
• The total of compliance to technical operating standards
• To ensure safe installations of machineries/equipment
• Any other jobs assigned by Supervisor
• Carry out any assigned food safety jobs by the head of department/ food safety team
• leader

Educational Qualification and Experience

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Must have at least 3 years relevant work experience in a standard manufacturing environment.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Knowledge of mechanical & electrical repairs/maintenance
• Hands on Engineering process management knowledge and application
• Analytical Skills
