General Requirements/Eligibility and Qualifications for Registration for Rivers State Skill Acquisition Training Program 2020

1. Candidates applying for these positions must not be more than 30 years of age.
2. Applicant must be an indigene of Rivers State
3. Candidates are to upload their CVs and certificates.
4. Applicants will be required to take an online qualifying examination
5. You must have a valid means of identification (National ID, Voters Card, International Passport, Drivers License, or any other valid ID)
6. Passing the relevant tests
7. Have the desire to learn your chosen skill
8. Finally applicants must be of good character
