Rivers State NIN Enrolment /Registration Centres Full List for a Faster Registration – In line with the directives of NCC and as a way to fasten the registration process at NIN offices in Rivers State, the government mapped out more centres closer to every Local Government and to different units in the state. This is to help fasten the registration process before the deadline for SIM Card Linking with the NIN.
