Steps How to Fill/Apply/Register for River State Pensioners Biometric Data Capture Form Exercise 2020

1. First, Pick up pensioners BIOMETRIC data capture exercise form from the Rivers state government house
2. Complete the pensioner’s data capture exercise form
3. Submit the pensioners biometric data capture exercise form
4. Then In 48 hours go online by clicking https://publicservice.riversstate.gov.ng
5. Note: your submitted information will be confirmed on the database before your information will be uploaded on the portal. If after 72 hours and you cants still access the portal, call the following lines to know your status. 084-550006, 084-550007, 084-550008
6. Log in with your BVN as username and password
7. Complete and update your profile online, upload all relevant documents
8. You will be invited to collect your authority for payment from establishment
9. In 48hours you can now proceed to pensions office ministry of finance to commence and complete  your process of opening an account, etc.
10. Once the process in pension’s office, ministry of finance is completed you will be invited for your physical verification and biometric capture.
