Roles/Responsibilities

• The Restaurant Management Trainee is responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager in the proper and profitable running of the assigned Restaurant in line with the Company’s Standard of Operations (SOP).

Minimum Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc or HND (minimum of Upper Credit / Second Class).
• Passion for good food and culinary skills are an added advantage, as demonstrable leadership skills.
