Survival Fund List of Required Documents for Uploading – This is to update the general public on when all that registered for Survival Fund in Stage 1 on when and how to upload the list of documents online to Survival Fund Portal. After registration, messages of Congratulations are sent as SMS and Mail to the Phone number and Email address respectively used during the registration process for Survival Fund Support Payroll. This is a good step that confirms that your registration is successful in Stage 1.
There are extra things required of you to do as contained in the SMS or mail sent to you.

Company Registration details (e.g. RC No., TIN),
Annual Revenue/Turnover for the past 12months,

Proof of last three (3) salaries paid to employees,

Uploading of documents starts or commences on Thursday, October 1st, 2020 through Thursday, 15th October, 2020.
Once your documents are ready, kindly login to www.survivalfundapplication.com
Then click on Upload and attach documents as directed on the website
It will show or display uploaded successfully which confirms that you have uploaded your required document successfully

After your successful submission and uploading of documents online, verification will start. Survival fund officials will start doing verification on details filled and documents uploaded.
After scrutinizing through your portal and finding you worthy and eligible for the grant; you will be paid.
Survival Fund payment will start from Friday, October 16th, 2020 through Saturday, 31st October, 2020. It may exceed October depending on the level of work to be done.
