West Africa Vocational Education (WAVE) – Our client, a Construction firm located in Ikoyi, with Quality and Safety as part of its primary goal, and handling several property development projects, is recruiting suitable candidates join its project team in the position below:

Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Hours: Mondays to Fridays (Occasionally, Saturdays)

Key Roles

• Supervise and monitor construction works
• Liaise with contractors and all necessary construction team
• Write reports to supervisor regularly.

Minimum Qualification

• A Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building or Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 5 years of construction management work experience
• Strong Project Portfolio to prove
• Evidence of managing projects from start to finish
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and applicable knowledge of construction rules, regulations, and quality standards
• Proficiency and Familiarity with Design Software (AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw, or Similar)
• Previously directly responsible for coordinating, monitoring, controlling, and quality assurance of finishes and other architectural trades on projects
• Cost Estimation and Management
• Project Management Skills
• Good written and verbal communication and report writing skills
• Visual awareness and eye for details
• Apt imagination and ability to think and create
• Skillful in interface management
• Team spirit, good work ethics, and work culture.
