Job Title: Process & Automation Analyst

Location: Lagos, Nigeria (Hybrid)

Job Description

  • To provide analytical support to sales management on business operational processes and Incentive payment Management.

Key Roles

  • Writing and Updating process and Policies as required by the different units in S&D. KYC operations, Wholesale Channel Accounting, Sales Order processing, Trade Marketing, Channel Partner.
  • Documenting unit/departmental WOW to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Initiating monthly payment process.
  • All channel base and active partners are accounted for.
  • Ensuring that complete information are generated by IT & BI.
  • The KYC master is properly mapped to vendor type. that there is no mismatch in the amounts allocated to vendor types.
  • Supporting all business rules are properly documented and adhered to in payments.
  • Calculation and payments of KYC incentive to CP, SMF, MF, AES, SD and SROs to Deal codes & Banks.
  • Calculation and payments of channel tailing commissions & ORSC to all Channels. (CP, SMF, MF, SD, AES).
  • Ensuring that there are no duplication of deal codes across channels. (So no partner gets paid twice).
  • Follow up with all payment stakeholders to ensure that monthly SLA is met.
  • Communicate payments zonally & regionally.
  • Interpreting business rules required for Promos.
  • Ensuring proper validation of all OAFs for promos and reconciliation of accounts.
  • Continuous improvements through operations automation.
  • Collation of performance target and alignment to territory infrastructure as provided by regions for all frontline salesmen.
  • Collation of all performance indexes (GADs, Activating Entities, CLS) from key stakeholders.
  • Calculating performance in line with approved management matrix.
  • Designing Info-path databases and tables to enable easy and seamless sharing and access of performance by Salesmen.
  • Data Collection and input for Market Developers payments.
  • Preparation of MD fixed and variable pay.

Minimum Qualification

  • Minimum of B.Sc/HND or its equivalent.
  • MBA optional.
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in sales/marketing in Telco or FMCG.
  • Demonstrate an ability to be innovative and deliver value to the business.
  • Analytical, Energetic.
  • Proficiency in Excel.

Job Description

  • This job is required to ensure the on-ground enforcement and continual monitoring of security operations within all Airtel functions, strategic partners and other third parties in the defined OpCos. It encompasses security operations within Data Centres, providing support for managed security services and New Product Development (NPD); supporting business and technology teams by evaluating security related aspects of critical services such as Airtel Money; assessment of the solutions and services platform; monitoring of ongoing IT & NW security projects; application security; facilitating Internal and External IT audits.

Key Roles

Information security operations across all functions and across all SM partners:

  • Implementation of information security plans & policies
  • Implement of security controls and compliance with BISP/Africa security guidelines across all functions through functional SPOCs
  • Controls in compliance with the BTSP/Africa across all Sm partners, VAS vendors and other third parties
  • Assisting in Network security operations and securing network VAS operations

Application Security and Access Controls:

  • Facilitate conduct of application security audits from the following perspectives:- network controls, system controls, database controls, authentication controls, authorisation controls, user Id controls and business process controls.
  • Ensure conduct of application security reviews of all IBM and non-IBM applications.
  • Ensure adequate mitigation of vulnerabilities before any application goes live in production. Monitor and catalyse closure of identified vulnerabilities by the respective partners.
  • Ensure the implementation of role based access controls in applications, databases and platforms.

Security Override Document (SOD) and Policy Change Review (PCR) management in applications and firewalls respectively:

  • Analysis of risks associated with requested SOD/PCR
  • Evaluation of risk mitigation controls and suggesting compensatory controls in case of any technical/business limitations
  • Approval of SODs and PCRs

Security Intelligence Framework:

  • Implementing means of discerning security intelligence
  • Ensuring log retention for mandated period and driving monitoring/ integration with SIEM.
  • Tracking threat, vulnerability and exploits in internal and external environment on continual basis
  • Promulgation of threats, vulnerabilities and exploits relevant to Bharti Airtel infrastructure to security operations

Business Continuity:

  • Facilitating Business Impact Analysis with functional stakeholders.
  • Providing customized inputs for BCP development.
  • Simulating BCP table-top and full-blown testing

Minimum Qualification

  • BSc Computer Science / Technology / Engineering or related discipline
  • Security Certification preferred (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CEH, etc)
  • 10 to 15 years’ experience
  • The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of Information Security standards, policies, controls, and structures prevalent in the telecom industry along with Africa operating environment.
  • Extensive experience in handling information security operations or consulting for large and geographically dispersed organizations.
  • A high-level appreciation of Security Architecture and Infrastructure across application, middleware, OS and network domains
  • Experience in operational and strategic information security risk management.
  • Should have adequate knowledge of the ISO 27001 Standard.
  • A detailed understanding of systems design and systems development methodologies is required.

Job Description

  • To review and effectively implement the company’s entry into commercial contracts by reviewing, drafting, and advising on contracts related points of law, managing diverse tasks involving legal matters to support the department.

Key Roles

Ensure all corporate commercial transactions agreements are drafted and processed within the Quality, Standard and Time agreed with the respective business units of the Company:

  • Familiarize self with provisions of the Company’s Delegation of Authority (DOA) and relevant policies on Contract execution and approval/documentation

  • Obtain proper instructions for registration of intellectual property from the relevant User Group
  • Immediately take steps to register all trademarks requiring registration
  • Follow up with the Regulatory bodies to ensure that all queries raised in the registration process are addressed and cleared.
  • Flag any breach of the Company’s Intellectual Property rights and take steps to reprimand perpetrators in accordance with the legal provisions.

Liaise with external counsel:

  • Ensure that proper instructions are obtained from the internal User Group that requires the external legal services
  • Spell out the company’s objective for each brief to the external advisors and agree delivery timelines and costs which must be within budget
  • Monitor delivery and ensure that expected standards are met
  • Review the advice provided by external counsel to ensure that solutions are provided or collaborate with external advisor until a solution is proffered
  • Escalate matters to manager on a regular basis as required

Company Secretariat:

  • Assist in Ensuring adequate preparation for Board and Board Committee Meetings and Circulation of Board and Board Committee Papers in accordance with agreed targets.
  • Maintain proper and up-to-date corporate records, registers, and other documentation of the Business, Directors, and Shareholders.
  • Attend to queries from Directors and Shareholders, and requests for corporate documentation/information from other departments and the Group.

Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor of Laws (LLB);
  • Master of Law (LLM) degree is an added advantage

  • Update monthly template on expense category showing detailed expense breakup, rate/volume analysis and continuously identify opex savings initiatives

Innovation: Value addition ideas and Implementation:

  • At least one value adding idea per quarter

Ensure delivery of BPA Reports assigned as per BPA Calendar:

Minimum Qualification

  • First Degree in a related field. MBA / M.Sc will be an added advantage.
