FG CAC Free Business Names Registration for 250,000 MSMEs Portal | Register with Focal Persons/ Aggregator – Federal Government approves FREE CAC Business Names Registration for 250,000 MSMEs across the 36 states of Nigeria plus FCT. This is to enable all that have not registered their businesses to do so through Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). The registration form portal and focal persons or aggregators for the FREE CAC Business Name Registration for 250,000 MSMEs has been allocated to each state to fasten the registration exercise. FG CAC Free Business Names Registration for 250,000 MSMEs Portal | Register with Focal Persons/ Aggregator

To fasten the registration process for CAC FREE Business Name Registration, quota is given to each state to enable a total correspondence of 250,000 business names. Each state (34 states) is allocated 6,606 business names to register for FREE while Abia, Lagos and Kano State is allocated quota of 7,906, 9,084 and 8,406 respectively.

Also, FG selected focal persons or Aggregators across the states + FCT to help in the registration exercise of FREE Business Names by CAC. These Aggregators collect applications and documents from all interested persons for the CAC Free Business Name Registration.

The CAC Free Business Name Registration commences on 19^th October, 2020.

Note: The registration exercise for Business Names is FREE of charge with these aggregators.

Requirements for CAC Free Business Names Registration for 250,000 MSMEs across the 36 states in Nigeria 2020

All interested and qualified persons are expected to go to any CAC registration centre with the documents listed below:

1. Phone number/email address
2. Three (3) proposed Business names (the name you want your business to bear)
3. Two (2) passports
4. Valid means of identification either National Identification Card, Voters Card, International Passport or Drivers License
