JAMB REGULARIZATION ISSUES – Possible Steps or Ways to resolve it for NYSC Mobilization

    • pls I did jamb regularisation since November last yr up till now is showing N/A and there was an error in my email I use for regularisation...pls I need ur assistant.

        • Go to the place you submitted the form in your school and ask if they have submitted your form to JAMB

        • Documents rescan required, and have resubmitted twice to the institution, and I think is getting late, because have done the regularization since last year feb... Pls what am I gonna do?

      • Good day, please I checked on my jamb regularization status and it's showing documents needs to be rescanned, went to jamb office Port Harcourt and they said they can't rescan now because the site is having an issue. It's over a month now and they're still saying same thing. Please can You guys help me cause I need to go for service...

  • Please I did application for change of Admission letter and I recently checked approval status and saw.
    Document re-scan required. I dnt seem to know why and what to do.

• i did my jamb regularization on 24th of august till now i hvnt receive notification from jamb for reprinting now because of that i was not able to mobilize, i went to admission office they told me that they just forward my details to jamb on the 25th of september. pls what will i do, should i go to jamb office or should i till exercise patience

      I did my regularization since last year Feb and have gone to jamb office its clear that my school have submitted it there but yet haven't gotten any message from jamb. Please can I leave it and do another one?? I'm tired of waiting

  • Good morning, My name on jamb admission letter has abbriviation but my statement of result has the full name. And my name is on the Senate list on NYSC portal. Can I register and will I get mobilized?..... although I applied for correction of name to jamb but was declined

• Have not gotten any notification from jamb on my email and I submitted my regularization form since july. And have not been able to do my reg. Will I still meet up with this batch c? What should I do pls

  • I would suggest, rectify the jamb issue first and see the possibilities

    • Good day, I tried doing the jamb regularization and they told me the phone number and email I provided are invalid is there any way I can get access to any of my documents from jamb that have that information.

      • You need to think of it and check your mails

      • Check if you made any mistake in that form eg like if u are using the current VC's name of the previous

        • Good morning sir I have done my regularization and I have received .
          My but In my regularization there's no middle also in my NECO result & ND result, but in my birth certificate & HND am using the middle name before buying the HND form the school adviced I should so an affividevit will it affect me during mobilization.

        • No... But you can change the date of birth in your ND cert if possible

• I am following the steps to know if Jamb has worked on my regularization form, I have reached the Stage of SERVICE USAGE but i did not see CHECK STATUS.. in this case what should i do??

• I have seen my name on the Senate approved list, which allows me to start my registration but I wasn't able to register, every time I tried registering a message will be displayed 'you cannot be registered, your school have not completed submission of mandatory documents'. Dat was the reason I wasn't able to join batch c stream I.

  I keep getting this error message that my school have not fulfilled d mandatory document submission on nysc portal. My name is on d senate list. I can't register cos of this error message.
  What does this mean pls? Is it possible i still go with this Nov batch??

  • it means that your school has not submitted hard copies of your credentials to school. contact your school for more updates

• Is it possible to register when the jamb regularisation was done two three days after the site for NYSC registration opened

  • Yes as long as your name is on senate list

• Please i did my regulirazation two weeks ago with the jamb profile i did 2012 and registration number and i havnt receive my new registration number in my mail box to continue the registration. pls what can i do???

  • Wait till you are notified by jamb

• I was not mobilized in batch c stream 1 becuz my jamb was having three names n my result two,i hav made the correction but still showing no record found on the senate list what is the way forward pls?

  • maybe your school has not forwarded the corrections to senate

    • In a case when the email I got said correction of name can't be approve cos of nysc syndrome what does that mean.
