Today, we will be discussing issues of failed Npower batch C1 stipends payment.

Inline with the recent update given by Nasims which you can read here Nasims Gives Update On Failed January Stipends Payment, the management has given another update about payment status of Npower beneficiaries paid but not credited.

According to Nasims, those with paid but not credited payment status should kindly visit their bank for confirmation of their account being credited without recieving alert and if the money truly didn’t drop, they should obtain statement of account and lodge a complaint to that effect on the NPower official Instagram handle “Npower_ng’ for appropriate action.

Note: Do Not Lodge this Complaint on Npower Facebook official page or any other channels on Facebook, but strictly on the Npower Official Instagram Handle “Npower_ng’. Please this instruction should be given strictly adherence, Nasims said.

Regarding the payment of outstanding 2021 stipends concurrently, Please be informed that payment of outstanding 2021 stipends concurrently has commenced on the 21st of April 2022. All affected Beneficiaries should remain resolute, patient and wait for their payment. We appreciate your patience observed so far, Nasims added.

Nasims has also said that payment of January Stipends is still in progress. Reference on their previous post which you can read on the first link above, all FAILED January payment to be reinitiated, please note, Beneficiaries yet to receive their payment for the said month will definitely be paid. In as much as your payment is still PROCESSING, we can do virtually nothing because it still CONNECTED to the digital payment platform and the possibility of your account getting credited is assured.

Your payment can only be worked on when it is FAILED. For now, kindly be patient and wait for your payment, Nasims said.
