We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Direct Sales Executive

Locations: Abuja, Lagos, Ogun, Oyo, Kwara, Edo, Kano, Nassarawa and Kaduna
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The Direct Sales Executive is responsible for driving user adoption of our digital products ( E-wallets, cards etc.) and customer acquisition in various locations or regions, developing strategies to increase transaction product utilization

Key Roles

  • Have a good understanding of the businesses products or services and be able to advise others about the advantages of our product
  • Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships and individuals.
  • Meet with customers/clients face to face
  • Develop relationships with old and new customers/clients.
  • Work strategically and carry out necessary planning in order to have a good market penetration.
  • Discuss promotional strategies and activities, feedback on daily experiences, challenges and possible ways of resolving the issues.
  • Familiar with the region of operation.
  • Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
  • Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients.
  • Have a good understanding of the business’s products or services and be able to advise others about them.
  • Managing the sales process for new prospects, from initial contact through to closure.

Minimum Qualification

  • OND, HND or B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing or any related course.
  • Minimum 1 years as a BDE in Agency Banking firm or Direct Sales Executive in a Commercial Banks
  • Previous achievement in the field sales / Business Development
  • Previous achievement / results driving adoption of financial products by customers
  • Able communication and presentation skills
  • Strong marketing, engagement & negotiating skills

Job Title: Aggregator Manager

Locations: Katsina, Kogi and Taraba

Key Roles

  • Identification and onboarding of new aggregators.
  • Monitoring of all aggregators and their sub-agents performances.
  • Engagement of aggregators to ensure resolution of issues and complaints. Follow up to ensure that issues are resolved urgently.
  • Ensure POS terminals are deployed to the right aggregators with the highest potential for viability.
  • Training of aggregators.

Minimum Qualification

  • B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Marketing or any related course.
  • 2-3 years Agency Banking experience.
  • Previous achievement in the field of sales / Business Development
  • Previous achievement / results driving adoption of financial products by customers
  • Stable communication and presentation skills
  • Strong marketing & negotiating skills
  • Hard engagement skills
  • Fluent written & spoken English.

Job Title: Business Development Officer (User Growth)

Locations: Ebonyi, Katsina, Nasarawa, Ogun, Osun and Oyo

Job Summary

  • The Business Development Officer is responsible for driving sales and growth of our POS / Agency Banking Business through our agent channels in various locations or regions, developing strategies to increase transaction and product utilization.

Key Roles

  • Responsible for building customer base through agent network, and increase revenue by meeting growth targets through effective development of a distribution network
  • Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
  • Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
  • Have a good understanding of the business’s products or services and be able to advise others about them.

Minimum Qualification

  • B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Marketing and any related course.
  • 1-2 years as a BDE in Agency Banking firm or Direct Sales Executive in a Commercial Banks
  • Previous achievement in the field of sales / Business Development
  • Previous achievement / results driving adoption of financial products by customers
  • Stiff communication and presentation skills
  • Strong marketing & negotiating skills
  • Rigid engagement skills
  • Fluent written & spoken English.

Specification:

  • The ideal candidate must have a clearly-demonstrated track record in channel recruiting and sales target in a mobile money financial services institution
  • Managing the sales process for new prospects, from initial contact through to closure.
