Job Title: Account Assistant

Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Key  Roles

• Assist in accurate keeping of all books of account, including checking of all accounting records.
• Function as support for processing cash advances, petty cash management
• Monitor periodic expenditures by analyzing financial data and producing periodic reports.
• Support duties related to accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
• Create and update expense reports
• Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.

Minimum Qualification

• B.Sc / HND In Accounting or any Finance related field
• 1-3 working experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
• Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. Quick Books).
