We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Commercial manager

Location: Kaduna
Employment Type: Full-time

Role and Responsibilities
The primary purpose of this role is to source raw material inputs,manage sales, keep records as well as to manage the physical store the core responsibilities of this role include:

• Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Maintains store staff job results by coaching,counselling, and disciplining employees;planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Secure merchandise by implementing security systems and measures
• Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
• Monitor stock and inventory, and perform quality assurance of merchandise on a regular basis
• Act as a point of contact between the company and suppliers
• Negotiate contracts, terms and deadlines with vendors and suppliers
• Monitor and update relevant departments regarding price fluctuations of goods and vendor pricing
• Achieves financial objectives by preparing a monthly budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Education: Degree
• Experience: 5+ years in procurement and at least one post as a manager or team leader
• Languages: English, Hausa
• Computer skills: a comprehensive understanding of Microsoft 365, specifically Excel and Access preferably.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to precisely and accurately record multiple types of data
• Organiseand maintain databases
• Be able to count and transfer funds

Salary
NGN80,000 – 100,000 / Month.

The Production manager purview includes the transport collection and processing of company inputs, including maintaining the quality of those inputs and the labour involved in the process:

• Planning and organising production schedules
• Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
• Sourcing and manage part-time employees within your production department.
• Ensuring quality standards
• Ensuring proper sorting and packaging of the product
• Overseeing production processes
• Analyse budgets and continuously control production costs and identify/rectify waste measures.
• Handle logistics, warehousing and stock of raw materials used in production.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Education: HND
• Experience: At least one post as a manager or team leader
• Languages: English, Hausa
• Computer skills: a comprehensive understanding of Microsoft 365, specifically Excel and Access preferably.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills, analytic ability, and be verydetail-oriented.
• Identifying problems and implement preventative strategies to minimise risk.
• Being able to develop good working relationships and trust with various teams.

Salary
N70,000 – N95,000 Monthly.
